Easy process to complete.

Easy to understand Thank you

As of writing this I've recently started hosting my site with IONOS. I ran into an issue with my website that was difficult to diagnose, and I suspected it might be caused by IONOS encryption of the javascript on my site, so I reached out to customer support. (It turned out to be an issue with browser caching, not on IONOS' end.) I was helped by an agent named Edemer who was very patient with me and who helped resolve the problem even though it didn't end up being an issue with IONOS' service. Very good customer service.

Ordered - and paid for - two domain registrations with IONOS, nothing heard in the way of confirmation after 18 hours, email sent to IONOS support, nothing heard - other than confirming they had my email - after 7 hours wait. Domains still showing as available so secured via a different provider, who followed through promptly. Forget IONOS.

It was easy and inexpensive to start this website account with IONOS.

Great customer service

A couple click process to search for and secure a needed domain name. Have other domains with this same company and renewals are easy and reasonably priced. Feel secure here.
